Korn Ferry chooses the Proches agency to define and implement its influence strategy and public relations

Paris, 21 June 2018 – Korn Ferry, the international talent and organization management consultancy firm, chose Proches to assist it with the definition and implementation of its influence strategy and public relations in France.

Bolstered by its merger in September 2015 with Hay Group, the international leader in management consulting, Korn Ferry France wished to unite its stakeholders and opinion leaders around a vision of organizational challenges placing people first. Korn Ferry France selected Proches to help it strengthen its position as a partner capable of providing companies with a global solution at the intersection of strategy, organization and human relations.

It wanted to be recognized as such by companies and institutional bodies, as well as economic stakeholders and the media. With this in mind we worked on three major challenges:

01.   Strengthening its visibility and reputation in the French economic ecosystem and among opinion leaders

02.  Promoting its unique positioning as a talent an organization manager among decision-makers

03.  Developing the strength of the brand by engaging employees with a strong unique message on the various skills at Korn Ferry (Talent Acquisition, Assessment & Succession, Leadership Development, Rewards & Benefits, Organization Strategy)

Korn Ferry relies on a Proches team with considerable experience in communication on human resource challenges, detailed knowledge of the economic and media environment as well as technical developments.

This collaboration has already brought its first success in the form of The Global Talent Crunch study by the group. This underlines the likely shortage of skills in the future and its significant impact on organizations and large world economies by 2030. The first results revealed were the subject of considerable media coverage, among which an exclusive with Le Figaro.
